Data collected on our server list

Our server list runs on the same site, which is available here. This server list directly communicates with the game SCP: Nine Tailed Fox, which is a product created and published by Third Subdivision Studios. This server list contains data necessary for users to join any server that is hosted by an individual within SCP: Nine Tailed Fox. Such game data may include non-personalized data, such as the version or the amount of players of this server, but also includes personalized data. More specifically, the Steam ID of an user, provided by the third-party service Steam, will be stored on the server list. For more information regarding the Steam ID, see:
https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamID#:~:text=A%20SteamID%20is%20a%20unique,user's%20Steam%20Community%20profile%20page.
Additionally the region of the user hosting the server will be stored as well. The server list will only keep the entry of an user stored for the time they run a server using our services. Once the server has been shut down, the entry will be removed from our storage. The servers themselves are run by individuals and are not run within a centralized area provided by Third Subdivision Studios. Because of this, we are not held reliable for any damages that may be done when the data from our server list is used within the game's client to join a server. We are also not held reliable if such data is used in third-party applications or uses, such as directly fetching the data off the list.
